I work at the intersection of AI, data systems, and digital governance, with over 20 years of experience across consulting, entrepreneurship, and academia.
As an entrepreneur and consultant, I have designed and delivered technology solutions for government, development, and private sector organizations, focusing on data-driven decision-making, transparency, and system scalability.
I also bring extensive global consulting experience through outsourcing platforms, with over 6,800+ hours of work delivered and recognition as a Top Rated Plus professional.
My work includes leading the development of an Electoral Reform Tracker in collaboration with the National Democratic Institute and USAID, supporting electoral transparency and governance monitoring. Also, I worked on CHETANA data analysis and visualization of conflict and political information, transforming unstructured data into actionable insights for policy and decision-making.
As a research contributor, I co-authored a national-level study with Disability Rights Promotion International, contributing to rights-based research and policy analysis.
In academia, I serve as Chairperson of the Subject Committee for Computer Engineering, IT & AI at Lumbini Buddhist University, supporting curriculum development and academic direction in emerging technologies.
My current focus areas include:
- Artificial Intelligence (AI) and data systems
- Digital sovereignty and platform alternatives
- Civic technology and information integrity
- AI localization and language technologies
I am particularly interested in building localized, open, and resilient digital systems that reduce dependency on centralized platforms and strengthen digital ecosystems in Global South contexts.
